Apply:
1. Generously to the entire nose area (bridge & nostrils) to help gently relieve nasal congestion as well as protect the skin from excessive tissue use.

2. Massage onto toes & edges of the feet for skin softening of dry skin, and protection from the drying of skin from socks for, for mild achy foot relief.

3. Message into temple area to help relax during headaches or stress while taking 3 deeps inhales & exhales.
4. Message onto achy muscles for gentle relief.

Topical only.
Keep away from eyes or open wounds. Not suitable as a lip balm for consistent use.

Note: Keep stored in moderate temperatures. Extreme heat or cold may alter the contents or quality. Consider a patch test: apply a small amount to an area of the skin like the arm. After 5 -10 minutes, wipe off and clean skin thoroughly with soap and water, discontinuing use if redness or any reaction occurs. If there is no reaction, the product is likely safe for use. This product contains camphor.
